These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Amory AI mobile application.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Amory AI.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License (EULA)

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

3. AI Content Disclaimer

• Some content in the App may be AI-generated
• Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected
• The App is for entertainment purposes only

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for harmful, abusive, or illegal activities
• Attempt to exploit or manipulate app functionality
• Upload or share inappropriate or prohibited content

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

5. Subscriptions

Some features may require a subscription.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

6. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

7. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed by Apple
• We do not have access to your payment information
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee continuous availability or accuracy of any content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or any decisions made based on content provided in the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
